    Please check your mailbox. Your Land ID is included in the registration email.
  • help_outline I forgot my password
    There is a "Forgot Password" button on the login screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.
    If you do not receive the email addressed to the registered email address, you cannot reset your password. To prevent account takeover, we recommend that you set a backup email address in advance, as we will not be able to reset your password even if you inquire that you have forgotten your password.
  • help_outline I don't receive notifications.

    If a project has a notification mark (bell mark) on the project list, you can receive notification emails on activities such as new messages in the project. Unread marks are also displayed. To change, press Edit button on the project list, and press the notification mark to enable or disable it.

    If you add Requestland to the home screen as an app icon, you will receive notifications banners and badges as well. Some browsers and OSes support notification banners and badges, but some do not.

  • help_outline I cannot obtain a Land domain name for my trademark.
    Land domain names are on a first-come, first-served basis in the world. It is possible that someone else already has a land domain name. Trademarks are country-specific, so even if you have registered your trademark, others may be able to legally use your land domain name in another region. We recommend you to get a land domain name early to protect your brand.
  • help_outline We want to use as a branch or a division.

    You can create an organization for your branch or division without certification by the headquarter.

    Organizations and governments that sell or receive money need to verify organization information and your identity. The setup will guide you after login.

  • help_outline I want to cancel / return a purchased product / service

    Check the seller's warranty / return policy
    Please check the warranty and return policy of the seller's public profile.

    Contact the seller in a message session and video session to get an agreement
    Explain and get an agreement.

    Return according to the seller's instructions
    Please follow the seller's instructions to return or refund the fee. There may be a cancellation fee.

  • help_outline I haven't received the shipped item
    First, check the following possibilities.
    • The product is in the mailbox / delivery box.
    • The out-of-office notification is in the post.
    • Received by family members and housemates.
    • It has been returned to the seller.
    • The address given to the seller is incorrect.

    The delivery time depends on the delivery method. It depends on the country / region / delivery company, so please talk with the seller via the message or video session and wait for the item to arrive. Delivery delays may occur due to consecutive holidays and natural disasters. Please contact the delivery company if necessary.

  • help_outline A product or service is different from the description or broken
    Talk to the seller via the message or video session.
    If the item may have been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company as well. You may be insured by the carrier.
    If you feel that the seller's response is inappropriate as it may be subject to a Consumer Contract Law in your country, please check it first.
  • help_outline A product that seems to be fake or illegal has arrived

    Tell the seller the rationale for determining that it may be fake or illegal, and consult them via the message or video session to cancel the transaction.

    If you are proposed a product that may be fake or illegal, do not purchase it and report to your local police. Also please press "report improper use" button on the message session.

  • help_outline I can't contact the seller

    If you can't reach the seller via the message or video session, check the seller's public profile and contact them by phone or email.

  • help_outline Unable to resolve problems with the seller

    If you feel you are cheated, report that immediately to your local police with the seller's IP address (press IP address button of the message session). Also press the report button of the message session.

    If you are unable to resolve a problem with the seller, please contact us via the contact form. If that does not resolve the trouble, consult a consumer protection office of your local government or a lawyer.

  • help_outline I want to change my request

    Open the request, press the EDIT button, correct it, then press the SEND button.

    If you have a seller in message sessions

    Since your seller has a copy of the request as of entry, they don't read your request on the Land map usually. Once you make a change, your request has different content from seller's copy and seller's understanding. That may cause a trouble.

    If you really need to change the request, politely write about the change. If required, finish the message session.

Responders, sellers

  • help_outline I provided goods and services, but the price is not paid
    Contact the purchaser via the message or video session to request payment.
  • help_outline The purchaser does not come to the store even though I received a reservation
    Contact the purchaser via the message or video session. If necessary, please charge a cancellation fee according to the policy of your public profile.
  • help_outline The shipped item was not delivered and was returned
    Contact the purchaser via the message or video session. Make sure the shipping address is correct.
  • help_outline I can't contact the purchaser

    If you can't contact the purchaser via the message or video session, check the purchaser's public profile. The purchaser may have published a phone number or an email address.
