    Please check your mailbox. Your Land ID is included in the registration email.
  • help_outline I forgot my password
    There is a "Forgot Password" button on the login screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.
    If you do not receive the email addressed to the registered email address, you cannot reset your password. To prevent account takeover, we recommend that you set a backup email address in advance, as we will not be able to reset your password even if you inquire that you have forgotten your password.
  • help_outline I cannot obtain a land domain name for my trademark.
    Land domain names are on a first-come, first-served basis in the world. It is possible that someone else already has a land domain name. Trademarks are country-specific, so even if you have registered your trademark, others may be able to legally use your land domain name in another region. We recommend you to get a land domain name early to protect your brand.

    Check the seller's warranty / return policy
    Please check the warranty and return policy of the seller's public profile. Request Land's "Basic Policy for Sellers" takes precedence over the seller's policy, so please check if necessary.

    Discuss with sellers in chats and video sessions
    When canceling or returning the product, please discuss it with the seller and agree to both parties.

    Return according to the seller's instructions
    Please follow the seller's instructions to return or refund the fee. There may be a cancellation fee.

  • help_outline I haven't received the shipped item
    First, check the following possibilities.
    • The product is in the mailbox / delivery box.
    • The out-of-office notification is in the post.
    • Received by family members and housemates.
    • It has been returned to the seller.
    • The address given to the seller is incorrect.

    The delivery time depends on the delivery method. It depends on the country / region / delivery company, so please talk with the seller via chat or video session and wait for the item to arrive. Delivery delays may occur due to consecutive holidays and natural disasters. Please contact the delivery company if necessary.

    Talk to the seller via chat or video session.
    If the item may have been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company as well. You may be insured by the carrier.

    Tell the seller the rationale for determining that it may be fake or non-genuine, and consult with us via chat or video session to cancel your return / transaction.     If you are unable to resolve a problem with a responder, please use the contact form to contact us.

    For your safety, you cannot delete a request once it has been published. Open the request, press the close button to stop accepting sellers and write a new request.

Responders, sellers
